Same Traits, Different Labels: Great Pantene Spot

I have been particularly aware lately of the way people label certain behavior at work positive when they see it in men and negative when they are observing a female.  It felt like fate to have this new Pantene spot come my way.  It makes me a little sad, to be honest, because the message is painfully true.  But the last line is right on:  “Be strong and shine.”
